Terms of sale
Your access and use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through our website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, surname, address, email address, number and billing infirmations. None of your billing informations will be saved. Your personal informations (name, surname, address, email address, number) will be saved only by our company, Shopify and the payment provider chosen, and not disclosed.
Custom Cables
Any Custom Cable order is definitive since it is a tailor made product so you will not be able to cancel or change your mind after placing it. Please refer to articles L121-20-2 and L221-28 of Consumer Code, objects made to consumer's specifications or personalized to the consumer's request cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal and will not be returned or exchanged. The consumer's attention is drawn to the fact that these goods sold are handcrafted.
Length
We do our best to hit exactly your chosen length, however due to the number of variables involved in creating a cable, the final length may differ by a few cm.
Price
Our prices are all taxes included, except some custom charges you may have on your country of destination. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.
Shipment
We usually ship our products in a short time but some of them take a bit longer to produce. Please refer to the description of our products to see how long it takes us to ship after placing your order. If the product bought is a custom cable, we guarantee shipment of the good within 2 weeks maximum, last deadline. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
In case there is any problem with the delivery, please contact the carrier. We are not responsible of any damage of this type.
Shipping time
After shipment, delivery times are 48 hours for France, 2 to 5 days for Europe and 2 to 9 days for international delivery.
Returns
No returns allowed on Custom Cable.
Our cables are tested before shipping, however, if your cable doesn't work, please contact us in the next 3 days after delivery. We will ask you to send it back to us within 14 days. As soon as we fix it, we will send it back to you.
If it concerns any other return, please contact us in the next 3 days after delivery. You will then have 14 days after delivery date to send us back your products in perfect condition, not used. Shippings at your own expense.
We reserve the right to refuse your return if our conditions have not been met.
Warranty
All our custom cables and pre made cables are under warranty for a year. Warranty starts the day you receive your parcel. If your cable no longer works under warranty period, please send it back to us (shippings paid by us). As soon as your cable is fixed, we will ship it back to you.
Please note that if the cable is damaged by you, whether it be on the Techflex, Cord, Heat Shrink or USB end, warranty will not apply. You will still be able to send us your cable for reparation but shipping will be at your own expense. Moreover, a 10€ fee will be charged to you for the reparation.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
